B&Q AquaLOC+ has been designed for use commercially and comes with a 10 year commercial guarantee. It is also ideal for home usage complete with a 20 year domestic guarantee. The floor itself is a plank based laminate floor with various types of wood effect finish. To date, the available finishes are Peruvian Pine Effect,Auburn Brown Elm Effect,Laural Brown Elm Effect and Milano Oak Effect. The AquaLOC+ utilises B&Q's Simplifit installation system meaning you can fit laminate floors up to 3x faster than their similar products.

B&Q AquaLOC+ Peruvian Pine Effect

The peruvian pine effect flooring comes in a pack of 5 planks and covers an area of 1.25 square metres. It is Grey in colour and suitable for areas subject to splashing, busy areas (such as halls/kitchens) and living areas. It is guaranteed for 24 years domestic usage and has dimensions of Length: 128.6cm - Width: 19.4cm - Thickness: 1.2cm. This floor is suitable to be installed with underfloor heating

B&Q AquaLOC+ Auburn Brown Elm Effect

AquaLOC+ Auburn brown elm flooring is sold in packs of 6 planks with each pack covering 1.405 square metres. The colour is an auburn which is a reddish-brown colour. Dimensions of the floor are Width: 19.3cm - Length: 121.3cm - Thickness: 1.23cm and the product can be used with underfloor heating. With a 25 year domestic guarantee, this AquaLOC floor is suitable for usage in kitchens, living areas, dining areas, utility rooms and bedrooms. Full installation instructions are provided.

AquaLOC+ Laurel Brown Elm Effect

AquaLOC+ Laurel brown elm effect flooring is a plank based laminate floor with each plank measuring 1213mm long, 193mm wide and 12.3mm thick. The wood is FSC certified coming from sustainable sources and is dark brown in colour. There are six planks in each pack which cover 1.405 square metres of floor. A domestic guarantee of 23 years comes as standard and the product is suitable for underfloor heating. The floor effect is classed as a 'sculpted finish' and a v groove plank.

AquaLOC+ Milano Oak Effect

The Milano Oak Effect is part of the B&Q AquaLOC+ flooring range and is a much lighter colour than other products in the range. It utilises B&Q's Simplifit installation technology meaning it can be installed faster and easier than regular laminate. The AquaLOC+ range is not waterproof it is moisture resistant meaning any spillages must be immediatley cleaned up and not left to stand. The Milano Oak Effect Floor comes in a pack of 5 planks and each plank measures 128.6cm length, 19.4cm width and 1.2cm thick. Each pack covers 1.25 square metres and the product comes with a 21 year domestic guarantee.
