B&Q Value Laminate Flooring

The B&Q value laminate range is an affordable floor for domestic usage retailing between 4 and 9 per square metre. The product is not suitable for splashes or liquid exposure - it is not 'moisture proof' like B&Q's other floors such as AquaLOC+ or TileLOC which can be used in kitchens or utility rooms which may have the occasional splash. The value range is also not recommended for particularly busy areas such as the hall or a conservatory, however it can be used in bedrooms and living areas. There are currently 4 products on offer, the burning beach, country oak, natural oak and oak effect planks. The benefit of this range is that it's very affordable, however may not be the best floor for busy areas in your home.

B&Q Burning Beach Effect Value Laminate The burning beach effect floor comes in a pack of 10 planks with each plank measuring 128.5cm in length, 19.5cm wide and 0.6cm thick. Each pack covers 2.5 square metres, and the timber used is FSC certified (sustainable) You get a 10 year domestic guarantee with this laminate floor.

B&Q Country Oak Effect Value Laminate Width: 19.5cm - Length: 128.5cm - Thickness: 0.6cm. The country oak effect laminate planks come in packs of 10 with each pack covering 2.5 square metres. Purchasing this product means you have 10 year domestic guarantee and it's quick & easy to install and clean. Not suitable for splashes/water exposure it shouldn't be used in kitchens or high volume footfall.

B&Q Natural Oak Effect Value Laminate Width: 19.4cm - Length: 129cm - Thickness: 0.6cm. Each pack of the natural oak effect laminate contains 12 planks and covers 3 square metres. The product is not waterproof or recommended for splash areas. This floor is suitable for high volume/busy areas and comes with a 10 year guarantee. You can use this floor with underfloor heating, it is a glueless and easy to install system and PEFC certified.2

B&Q Value Oak Effect Laminate Planks This beige colour laminate floor features an oak effect and is currently priced the highest in the value range. It is not waterproof hence not suitable for areas involving water/splashes such as a kitchen or utility room. Buying this product will entitle the customer to a 10 year domestic warranty and full fitting instructions. Each pack covers 3 square metres with 12 planks in each pack. Each plank measures 129cm in length, 19.3cm in width and 0.6cm thickness.
